When should you book us for your special event?

We recommend 8-12 months out from your wedding day; 8-10 months for a normal size group under 10 total services, and for over 11 services, 10-12 months.

Do you hold my date when I book my trial?

We secure your date when we have received your deposit and have filled out your contract in full.

Can I book the trial closer to my wedding?

You can! Our recommendation is to secure your date, and then wait until 3-6 months before the big day to have a trial.

How many weddings has the company done? Do you normally work with brides?

Majority of our work is with brides, and we know providing beautiful hair and/or make-up is just the beginning. We understand and adhere to unpredictable lighting, complicated set-ups, tight schedules, and all the wonderful wedding chaos. We remain calm and relaxed, offer our wedding day tips, and are super supportive during all the excitement and nerves.

Do you offer airbrush makeup application?

Yes, airbrushing is another makeup service we offer to our clientele.

Do you supply the lashes?

Yes, we supply the lashes.

What products/brands do you use?

We pride ourselves on creating a safer environment for our clients, using, mostly, vegan based, pure, safe, and beneficial products that do not compromise coverage or hold.  Arbonne makeup and eufora hair care products are our main staples.   For our airbrushing, we use MAC and Luminess.  We will also use whatever products you are comfortable with.  So, if you have makeup products and that color you LOVE we will be glad to use those as well.

How do I keep my makeup fresh for the whole day?

We tailor products to fit your skins needs and our professional grade products will stay fresh looking for many hours. We will recommend products for touch-ups as needed.

Do you like us to supply inspirational looks?

Yes, yes, yes!  We love to see what you have as a vision for your big day.  Feel free to email us any ideas at beautyftio@gmail.com.

What if my wedding is 30 days or less away?

We will collect 50% upfront and full payment will be collected a week prior to wedding.

What payment forms do you take?

We accept cash, certified checks, and Credit Cards. We also have a Venmo account set up for payment as well (Tricia Smith @beauty-ftio-21). Credit card must be on file for any wedding clientele. Credit cards are subject to 2.5% credit card fee on contracts.

What if my event/wedding is on a holiday or holiday weekend?

Holiday weekend: 15% will be added to total net cost.

Actual Holiday: 25% will be added to total net cost.

Do you travel? What are the travel fees?

Traveling onsite is $.50/mile (both ways) and parking fees will be charged if the venue requires valet/deck parking.

Traveling over 50 miles will require a hotel room.

Is it appropriate or required to tip?

Even though we are an on-site team, you may find it easier to think of us as a boutique salon. Tips are welcomed and greatly appreciated.

Do you offer services for touch ups at reception venue?

Of course! For your convenience, you can hire one or more of our artist to be there for any touch ups you desire.
